Months of unhappiness with Debtsafe turned around within 10min by Nanelle

This rating is purely for Nannelle's services. I have been receiving bad service delayed/ no response on queries. Discussions and request have not been actioned ect. Nanelle had no history record of my profile she just came across as email where I was voicing my unhappiness and she took it upon herself to assist. Actually listen to my concerns and offered valueble solutions. South Africa service providers needs more people like Nanelle! My unhappiness with the service received remains as no manager bothets with complaints and unhappy clients...but my interaction with Nanelle was great
