MISLEAD INFORMATION

I approached Debt safe to help me with my indebtness. I gave all the information they needed, did my payments monthly. They gave me an required amount I have to pay so they can pay my creditors monthly. we agreed on this amount and even the court agreed on this amount. The problem came when they "had a technical fault" because its not their fault they say - my vehicle payment was stopped. when I approached them I got told its not their fault and that I must pay either this creditor on my own or just fork out another big amount. which by the way puts me back to where I was before I approached them. be careful people read and make sure how many months they are going to repay your creditors and the amount. They will keep this hidden from you. Check your stuff monthly. keep record of this. Example on court order. they will put your biggest creditor say plus minus 200 000 and the repayment period of 5 months. which cant happen. then they stop paying this creditor. Now here comes the problem either you pay this creditor yourselve or they increase your monthly payment without a court order.

Does not seem that Debt review has intrest in their clients as I have had no response up to now. 18.11.2016

As previously explained, our payment plans are not calculated manually, we use an advanced developed system and this was not a human error.
It does not make sense to pay off an outstanding balance of R255 751.00 in a period of five months by paying a monthly instalment of R5126.00. The payment plan with the court documents were sent to you and you did not bring this under our attention.
As I previously explained, once one account is paid in full then those funds are reallocated to remaining account so the rehabilitation amount of R11 922.00 was calculated that the Absa vehicle would be paid after five months then those funds would have been reallocated but due to the fact that the Absa vehicle is not paid and the funds cannot be reallocated, the cascading’s cannot take place and creditors are therefore negatively affected.
We have requested more funds to ensure your vehicles receive payments according to the court order.
The alternative is that your monthly amount remains R11 922.00 and accounts do not receive payments according to court order.
I have e-mailed all relevant information and documentation to you.
