Mislead !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the year 2015 i contacted debsafe with a request of their services, had a telephonic consultation with a lady by the Name of Mitchel, i then requested that my vehicle account should be excluded from the process and she confirmed that same will be removed. A week later i found out that they had to included all my creditors i then told Mitchel to withdraw the service. Now again in 2018 i spoke to Jo-Ann who told me that i can pay off all the other debts and that they will then issue a form 19, the next they cant issue the form 19 after i had to compromise all the other commitments without the paid-up letter from MFC. This incovenience can cost me my Job/ career and now im being told to consult a lawyer who will then have to declare me not over indebted, there was no judgement nothing happened to my profile they only flaqqed me on the credit bearues.

so now i have been issued with the form 19, then the NCR told me that it has not been updated with them, i made a follow up with Jo-Ann who now tells me that they issued the form 19 by mistake, how is that possible though
