Lift Debt review status,

Good Day, A little while ago i went under debt review with the help of a company called Debt safe they were ok in assisting me. As times went i kept sending paid up letters to ensure that my assistance is aware that i'm working hard in getting out of debt but she never responds and only after i had threatened to approach hello peter she responds. My last encounter is i sent her a new credit report showing that all my accounts are paid and she should lift the debt review status but she still hasn't responded and its been days now and took the time to keep following up with her via email. All i needed from her was to confirm if she has lifted the status or should i approach the court to attend to this myself, i'm am more disappointed about being ignored when i'm a client than being removed from the debt review. Debt safe doesn't have to take my word for it but they can validate with Trans union as well if the credit report is accurate. Please attend to us a clients when we need to communicate with you.
