Kgaugelo Matlou -Service

My experience with Debtsafe has been far from pleasant, and I am thankful that my journey with them has come to an end. I do, however, want to give a big thanks to Kgaugelo Matlou!

She took over my profile at a time when I was at my wit's end with Debtsafe and FNB. She responded to all my queries, called back when I left a message, and regularly gave us updates on pending matters, even when there was no progress. She also escalated matters when needed and she also did not hesitate to contact the creditors if they did not respond to us. My queries got resolved when Kgaugelo Matlou got involved, and she pushed to get our clearance certificate. A huge thank you for the assistance and patience; I got more help from Kgaugelo in the last four months than what I got in all the years that I was with Debtsafe.
