Absolutely ********** service! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. They can’t help enough until you have agreed to sign up with them, then the service becomes non-existent. Emails are ignored for days, a slap-dash job is done, creditors that you list as part of your restructuring are omitted (and then you will be blamed for not doing their consultant’s job, as if anyone does your job for you). Not even management cares- The MD is at least polite but the GM is couldn’t care less and will lie to cover *********** staff. And THEN, when you want to cancel their non-existent service, you are told the flag remains on your name. So essentially, DebtSafe will get you further into financial trouble. Worst experience ever… rather sell your house than walk the line with these lying clowns.
