Incompetence at its best
Big promises and NO delivery on it. Not answering phones, no repsonse to emails..and doing a recon once a year..? Found out many of my accounts has been paid up and that Im in credit with multiple companies. I had to call my creditors myself and get statements to get balances. I would not recommend this comapny to anyone. I have paying back a load of money a month just to end up doing my payments myself due to incompetence. Services fees charged every month..but when it comes to delivery, they are no where to be found. Im wondering I will struggle to get my clearance certificate when Im done in a few months...
