Impossible to clear my name
<p>I am still under debt review cannot buy a car or get a home loan, all my debt has since been settled and debtsure is dragging their feet to clear my name. Me and my family pets included have to move beacuse of debtsafe. The first months instalment was quickly taken for admin purposes but now that my debt is paid up they do nothing to help you</p>
I refer to our telephonic conversation earlier.
You app**** for debt review on 13/06/2016 and in January 2017 you notified us that all your debt has been settled.
Please kindly be advised that we requested paid up letters from all your creditors and we have since followed up on these requests. We are currently still waiting for ABSA to send paid up letters for Account *****
Unfortunately we cannot issue the Clearance Certificate (Form 19) without all the paid up letters and we depend on the cooperation of the creditors to successfully finalise the matter . All the paid up letters have to be sent to the NCR and credit bureaux’s with the Clearance Certificate.
Once we receive the last outstanding paid up letters then the Clearance Certificate will be issued, the debt review flag will be removed and your names will be cleared.
