I regret the day I saw and sent my details to DEBT REVIEW!!

I recently contacted Debtsafe to help settle my debt with companies that I owe, but I regret it now. they promised that I will save up to 60% on my debt, as a result, I did send them all the information required. all my debt was R8000.00 and I will be left with R3000.00 to support my family and transport to work not mentioning my children.

I saw the debtsafe on the Internet guaranteeing that they have helped a lot of people, what surprises me is that their statement came and say I need to pay them R9994.00 of which is too much compared to what I earn and owe companies. one of their clients told me that if I am not happy I can write the letter stating that I am withdrawing, so I did thinking that the contract has ended, I was surprised to hear that I need to pay them an amount of R5175.00 and my name is now blacklisted.

I want them to withdraw all the services because I cannot afford the amount, I also want my name to be taken out of their system for blacklisting. My wife cannot even pay the Edgars account because she is also on debt review.

To all the emails I sent them, they did not respond.

I hate the day I sent my documents to this company! if there is anyone out there to help please help me.
