I HATE this company

I did not wan to even leave one star. I hate this company of all my heart. I have been struggling for 2 years that they just take my name off ITC after paying everything. Every time I speak to the client service person dealing with this, she wants something else. It is like she is thinking of new ways to irritate me every time. I have sent paid up letters of every single account, but no!!!!! She want more. And that after I in any case almost lost my house and my car because of their inefficiency. They deducted a certain amount from my account, but instead of paying an agreed upon amount over to the banks, they paid willy nilly amounts they sucked out of their thumbs every month. So from the very beginning I struggled with them. So today, the client person phoned me with yet another stupid reason why she cannot take my name off ITC and I got angry. I did, because anyone would. and then she made a racial comment and thrown the phone down. Her name is Nannette. I hope their calls are recorded.
