Horrible Service from Debtsafe

In May 2022, I wanted to go under debt review. Search around for a couple of debt review companies and came across Debtsafe. I was approached by Raymond and we spoke talking about all the things we will be doing. I told him to give me a breather and I'll get back to him. In late June 2022, I finalized my application with the instruction of " your next debit order will be to Debtsafe". In my communication with the representative he promised and agreed to me that only in my initial instalment will there be a small fee for Debtsafe and the rest of the money will be shared amongst my creditors. They even instructed me not to take calls from any of my creditors. Nearly 4 months have passed and I have received a call from 1 of my creditors demanding that I pay them now or the vehicle will be repossesed. I informed them that I have been under debt review for the last couple of months and that the debt review company will be handling the matter only to find out they have taken all the money that was paid for "legal" fees which was not communicated to me nor part of the contract.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DEBTSAFE!
