Horrible service from Debtsafe

Horrible experience, been a client for the longest but i have not received service for 2 years clean. I called to request to speak to the relationship Manager assigned to me , was transferred to a lady by the name of Gibsy . She did even know she was my relationship manager. I started question the service , she switched to vernac ( calls are recorded for quality and control purposes) when i kept reeling her back to English she said i had attitude. I still don’t have resolutions to my query but they sent mail to close my query. They keep billing for service by i don’t get the service referred to on the billing statement. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their services .
