horrible service
when i joined this programme, i was told that i will pay for legal fees for 3 months and then my creditors will start getting payment. its been over 5 months and i am still paying legal fees, and creditors getting close to nothing. i am so disgusted as i dont get any response from my so called relationship manager. i called twice today wanting assistance and no one bothered to call me back. what hurts is i trusted this programme and had hope. but it puzzles me because my previous relationship manager had advised that i will be on this programme for 3 years, now the current tells me it will be for 7 years. what the hell. i want to know how long will i need to pay for those legal fees, because when i called my so called relationship manager manager last month she said last month was the last payment. but i am suprised this month about a 1000 rand went thru yet again to legal fees, and the statement shows that even next month i will be paying those legal fees. my accounts remain in arrears and i am being threatened by nedbank to blacklist me. and that the whole amount is now due.
i called this morning and held for 15 minutes, i called again and held and was promised a call back.
i honestly regret taking the decision to join this programme. it does not help at all.
people please do not make the same mistake i did.

The amount you pay is calculated according to your affordability, according to a budget that you complete. Please understand that we can only pay the creditors with money that you have made available.
The ideal scenario is to calculate a payment plan to solve within five years but please understand that this is not always possible. Please keep in mind that while you are under debt review you do not pay your original instalments. You pay a reduced instalment over a longer period of time.
A Legal fee must be paid to enable us to appoint attorneys and attend to all aspects concerning the required court case pertaining to the re-arrangement of your debt obligations in terms of the National Credit Act.
It is therefore essential for the Legal fee to be paid in the shortest time possible in order to obtain a court order. As soon as a court date has been obtained then you will be fully protected.
