Frustrated consumer

At some stage in my life, i wanted help to clear my debts. Found debtsafe, but did not sign anything, under a day i was under debt review, asked them why they said they had ti call my creditors without approving anything?, months down the line i start paying my debts on my own without them. Try to contact them regarding this. No one seems to can help. The only contact they have with me is to pay them R1960. I call debtsafe every 2weeks since last year September for someone to help, no one can. A lady called Andre is supposedly my relationship manager, is never available, nor can get back to me. I've cleared my debts and need a clearence letter from them till today, nobody can help me
