Form 17.W Not Submitted – Credit Flag Not Removed

I exited debt review with Debtsafe. No court order was granted. They confirmed my application is closed, but they have failed to submit Form 17.W to Experian, and my credit report still shows the debt review flag.

I’ve contacted Debtsafe, NCR, and their supervisor Mary Machitje — and no one is responding. This is damaging my financial future and is against the National Credit Act.

I request urgent resolution and the immediate submission of my Form 17.W to all credit bureaus.
