Forget about customers and not interested in harassment complaints

For the past 5 years I have been a client of Debt Safe, in the beginning they were extremely helpful and dealt with queries swiftly, once my court order was granted the queries got less and so did the response although it remained manageable (1 Complaint in 3 years).

Now for the first time in 5 years I find myself lost in the bureaucracy of impersonal mailboxes and so called "after care counselors", since the adoption of the after care system which is intended to service clients with court orders my emails go unanswered and largely I am just ignored. In December 2017 a creditor started to insistently contact me and I reached out to my counselor, after about my fourth email I received a template answer straight from a training manual without any care or finesse shown, in January the harassment intensified as did my complaints to Debt Safe - their hit rate on response being 33% if I am feeling generous (I am not!), I sent multiple screenshots from my emails, calls and smses that were sent by the attorney in question, eventually I got a call from the "counselor" who explained that the creditor did not cancel the life insurance policy on the debt so I was now liable for this nonsense. The harassment continued unchecked and remains active to this day when my next of kin received a call, this is completely unacceptable - I feel that Debt Safe has no interest in my personal well being, they have claimed their service fee as part of my initiation process and don't care if I am a client or not, I wonder if any contact has ever been made to the creditor to attempt to assist me in reducing the harassment.

I am hopeful that this complaint gets some attention from the right person at Debt Safe who can show some care for me as a client and acknowledge my loyalty and reliable payment record for over 5 years, not entirely sure what my alternatives are and if I can switch debt review agencies but if this keeps up I am willing to go that route.
