Forever unavailable RM

I've come to this platform because I am extremely frustrated with Debtsafe and my relationship manager. Every time I send Martha Lebea emails, she takes days before she responds. I last sent her an email 13 days ago and to date I have received no feedback. I continuosuly need to follow up, make calls to your office which costs money or send a Facebook inbox message. This is really a poor reflection on her communication s****s. I called this morning and advised that she was busy with another client, which I understand but I don't think she's been busy for a whole 13 days which has resulted in her not answering my emails. Even when I do call and she's unavailable I get told that no one else besides her can assist me. I'd suggest that Debtsafe ensures that all their relationship managers assist customers if and when we need assistance instead of just relying on a single individual who does not care about her clients. There is an urgent matter that I need to discuss with Martha but I doubt she'll call me back as the switchboard lady promised. I'll probably call again and still be told that Martha is busy. I really wish I could complete this whole process and get my clearance certificate so that I don't continuously have these issues.
