Follow-Up: Debt Review Flag Still Active – Process Cancelled, No Resolution

Further to my previous complaint, I note the response indicating that the matter will be looked into.

I would appreciate feedback on the progress and expected timeframe for resolution.

As confirmed by the debt counsellor, the debt review process was cancelled within the first three months, no court order was obtained, and no restructuring agreement exists.

Despite this, I remain flagged as under debt review, which continues to affect my ability to access finance.

Kindly provide an update on what steps are being taken and when this matter will be resolved.
