Fill like dying

I fill like dying where I m,I have almost five months with debtsafe..I have been paying them without any problem ,my creditors start calling me they say my account is on arrears for four months,I was so shooked only to find out debtsafe they didn't pay anything,I received a email again wesbank they want to reposed the car because I was not paying I fill like dying were I m,I m writing this with tears in.my eyes.. when I call this lady annekeh she said I need to pay 10000 before they can.motivate wesbank,I being sending her email without any reply, she only rep**** while I m about to get pay..now all my account is on arrears I m the one who supposed to pay for all the damages because they don't want to refund the money I pay them within four months which is 29000 please someone help me i want to tell you guys what ever agreement you made with them.is not true you will only open your eyes when is four months.. actually I wanted to cancel but I m asking myself who supposed to pay dat arrears, please someone with the same situation please help me.thank you
