Extremely unhappy with debtsafe

I was contacted by debtsafe and promised alot and after finally agreeing to go under debt review with them I find myself in an uncomfortable position of being retrenched and needing to claim my insurance benefit and only for them to tell me that I do not have any insurance on my installments.

It shocked me too find out that what I had agreed on was never in my installment,because im sure that upon us agreeing I asked for insurance on my payments ,I mean is such a thing as insurance not supposed to be mandatory .

So I feel as if I have been ****** because I asked for insurance and now that I need it I cannot claim from it,and the fact that I asked and during the two almost three years of payment nobody bothered to inform me that I wasn't insured after I specifically asked for it upon agreeing to go under debt review.

So after spending thousands of Rands I am unemployed and definitely unable to make any payments to debt review or any of my creditors and also unable to claim any insurance which would of settled my debt.

So the whole debt review process is not worth it and I would advice anybody looking to go under debt review to stay far away from debt safe
