Efficient, personal, good and kind client service

I would hereby like to applaud 3 ladies who I have dealt with and who made my journey thus far with Debtsafe great. I would like to firstly applaud Kgaugelo Matlou, Relationship Manager who always contacted me to find out how I am doing, to find out if I am worried about anything, and also in general to set my mind at ease.

I then started dealing with the following 2 ladies - Teresa and Ellen Gololo, and the service, I received from them was outstanding.

All 3 these ladies provided me with great service. There communication is superb. At no stage did I feel judged or was I made to feel bad about my circumstances. Thank you ladies, for this journey you took with me, I value the commitment to me and support.
