disgusting service
Joining the Debtsafe group as a client as been nothing much horror. I have been on review since feb 2018 and out of the blue at the end of March 2019 - an unauthorised debit came off my account from my bank saying its a loan payment. I have been seeking help from Debtsafe since Sunday the 24/03/2019 and to date have had absolutely no luck. Jo-aan my point of contact doesnot even confirm receipt of payment and Loren, well Im not really sure what Loren did or can do or maybe I was just a tick on her list and even though I am in desperate need for help as I am totally out of pocket - NOBODY AT DEBTSAFE CARES. Jo-Aan never return emails. I am tired of the questions and not been responded to and I need a solution. maybe its time I really consider changing companies and I am not feeling very safe with you guys anymore.

Step 1: Navigate to www.mydebtsafe.co.za
Step 2: Login with your username and password.
Step 3: Navigate to "My Relationship Manager" in the top menu bar.
Step 4: On the left select “Create” to create a query.
Step 5: Fill in the fields, click "Send".
