Disgusting DEBTSAFE service

Disgusting and inadequate.i was given incorrect information regarding my home loan .i was told that I can go under debt review even though my home loan was a joint home loan .two months later they then come back to me and state because it’s a joint bond it has to be excluded.i was very clear when I decided to go under debt review I clearly made the company aware that the only reason I wanted to go under debt review was because of my home loan.i asked to be credited for there fees due to the false information given .i am not set back even further on my home loan because of this company.All calls are recorded ,I requested to speak with a supervisor,after a lengthy time Loren got back to me and I wanted to cancel and she agreed telephonically that there will be a credit issued.i have asked her numerous times to call me which has not been done.She sent me an email to state there will be no credit.She told me telephonically she will request a credit .the staff here is ***********.i strongly advise people not to deal with a company like this .the device is digusting instead of helping me they done the total opposite.bottom line is, they need to listen to call recording and give me a credit to to their incompetence
