The Slogan that they portray is nothing to what one experience. As long as you pay them your monthly installments they Ok and Happy with you. When you get retrenched things drastically changes and that is the first sentence they have on their cover page. We cover retrenchment. It's been almost 6 month's and Non of my Creditors has been paid. Where does this leaves me. All I hear is we are still compiling information as per the Insurance which is Western they clearly needs to speed things up as this people's credit rating they messing with. I would not recommend people to go this route and rather make their own arrangements withh ALL Creditors.
