Debtsafe Unauthorised Debit Order

My daughter contacted Debtsafe for assistance. She did NOT authorise a debit order, instead queried the numbers which made NO sense. No response or explanation was received, she proceeded to send a formal cancellation form supp**** by Debtsafe, who confirmed that they received cancellation , they still proceeded to debit her account with a ridiculous amount, WITH NO AUTHORISATION! That is theft/*****, don’t even talk to them, next stop SAPS
