DebtSafe South Africa - Bad Service
I have raised a Query with DebtSafe since 2019 and no assistance I have had to call creditors myself and yet DebtSafe has no answers as to why an account is with Absa legal due to no payment. i have paid for 5yrs and no relief. i have asked for updated statements of accounts yet to receive any from them or even a call back. the service i have received is unacceptable. i have logged numerous tickets - no response. when i call to speak to anyone the lines "cut" or no-one is available, when i do get hold of a Relationship Manager its never one who is mine and they say they will assist but i get nothing bac****!!!! I have never experienced such horrific service but every-month without fail my debit goes off. All i want is someone to assist me with what i am paying for!!!!!!!!!!

Step *: Fill in the fields, click "Send".
