Debtsafe ****** me legal fees

I app**** debt review with debtsafe on 28 March 2017. Around December 2017, they requested I send them documents and other Information from me so that they can go to court

They asked me to confirm my address and when did I move to the address.

My current address is Mnafu area, and I moved to this address in 2016 around June. And I did provide them the proof.

Debtsafe decided to withdraw the case from court and **** to me that I said I have move from my current address.

My arguments are very simple regarding the matter:

1. I app**** debt review on 28 March 2017 with debtsafe and I said to the email I moved to this address in 2016 around June.

2. Debtsafe said, they withdrew my case in court because of the above statement and demanded more money for legal fees from me.

Now I have stopped paying my accounts through them because they are *********. Now I have to go and report them to NCR for this.

I have tried to solve this matter with them through that useless so called 'relationship manahery' Gerhard. That guy is doom.

I have sent debtsafe all the proofs, the email that I wrote, including proof of resident and requested them to send me a different proof of address they claimed I sent, they can not prove but demanded more money from me above R8000 I paid them.

Never never do business with these guys, I have stopped paying my accounts through them. They are *********
