Debtsafe, removal unsloved since 2016

I asked debt safe to assist me with my acc in 2016, i made one payment and was advised to cancel with them as it will be a struggle to be removed. But when i called to cancel they told me i cant, so i stopped making payment to them and payed my own acc. So me and my husband finished playing all the acc and in 2022 and have send all relevant documents to them to remove us and that was last year also. But for some strange reason im still sending emails to debtsafe and calling but no one cares to assist. And the problem is lawyers cost alot to just assist in removing our names.
