Debtsafe, not assisting

In 2019 I contacted debtsafe to assist me with debt consolidation. In 2020 I received my pension fund and decided to pay all the creditors cash except for TFG account. I didn't contact them soon after. Now last week I try to contact them, to proceed with the intention to clear my name, I called them on their number, no one picked up, I even sent them an email a week ago, they still haven't responded. I am frustrated because my finanes are tied upon
