I enquired about Debt review from debt safe and the consultant on the phone was supposed to clarify the information for me. She asked me to sene her my ID copy so that she does a credit check and I ended up being put on debt review. My life has been seriously impacted and I have reported this company at the NCR, and they are dealing with it. I didn’t even submit my proof of income or payslip, how do they put me on debt review if I didn’t even sign a form? This company is run by ************ staff and they are desperate to ruine people’s lives, please to anyone please don’t give these people any information even if they say they want to check your credit with the credit Bereu they will end up listing you on debt review without your knowledge. I’m told you must be employed and have a salary to qualify, I have non, I’m self employed and I lost income due to covid, I was only enquiring because I needed info so I’m asking myself, how did they list me, if I never signed their forms, no produce proof of income or payslip?
