Debtsafe is a ****

Good afternoon, I have been misled by debtsafe consultant by not providing me with the full information when agreeing to their services. They deducted first installment but not pay my debts, I immediately ask to cancel my contract with them.They send me a cancellation form I did sign and send it back to them . Their lawyer send me letter of demand to pay the requested amount in order to be removed from their system. I did pay the money but still they refer me back to Debtsafe with the settlement letter to be removed from the system .But Debtsafe don't want to remove me on the system they put me in , they demand a settlement letter of all my accounts before removing me. I made arrangements for my accounts and already finished paying others and still paying others. They make my life difficult by not removing me on their system.please I am asking for your help.
