Debtsafe DO NOT CHOOSE THEM

The WORST WORST WORST debt review company you could ever choose. The only reason I went with them is because I panicked and picked the first one I could fine. I wish I had just taken a second to breathe or read reviews on them. They are no help AT ALL. If I ever have any concerns or questions I have to run around trying to get a hold of them. I’ve had to send documents three times now and now am being told they need my documents. Which I’ve already flippen sent three times. The lady handling my case is also a pain. She will just tell me to breathe and relax when We talk about payments etc. you’re literally taking my whole salary towards payment and then you tell me to breathe and relax? When you first try to join they will give you an extremely low amount to pay each month. But that is just to rope you in. My first time I was told it will only be R1300 per month for my payments. It is now at R4250. I work three jobs because that amount comes from one whole salary from one of my jobs. Absolutely disgusted with this company. They are useless and irresponsible and give no feedback or support or anything.
