DebtSafe - biggest mistake ever!

Debtsafe is misleading, they take your money and promise you all these great things, IMMEDIATE RELIEF! - My phone did not stop ringing once! REDUCED MONTHLY DEBT REPAYMENT! - Yes just the first two months, they don`t tell you it is going to get higher and higher each month! "Leaves enough cash flow for family’s living costs". - Bull****! I could afford groceries before, now I can hardly afford a bread. "Protects against creditors and repossession" - I am about to lose everything! They do not provide you with the full information when agreeing to their services. I was just making ends meet before I joined DebtSafe, all my debt were paid and up to date, since I have subscribe to them I am so far behind I am about to loose everything! Puleng Ledwaba messed up my finances and all that she has to say "I strongly suggest that you accommodate the counter offers as this is in your best interest". Why did I apply for debt review????? THIS IS NO RELIEF, THIS IS JUST MORE STRESS! They did not helped me at all, why do I pay R2000 for life cover??? I do have my own life cover, I can use that money to pay my debt. Puleng is never available, she let your phone ring ONCE and then you get an email "I tried to contact you without success". It takes weeks for her to reply to your email. I regret joining DebtSafe, this was the biggest mistake ever!
