Debtsafe almost killed me

This company almost killed me, my debts doubled up. They sent their proposal for restructuring my payments to my creditors. Creditors responded and Bebt safe never responded back to the creditors. This time I was now paying to Debtsafe and all this time my debts were increasing. 60 days later I receive letters from Creditors with attachments of emails where they have been trying soo hard to get hold of Debtsafe to follow up on their responses to the proposed restructuring. Mfc was requesting to repossess if I did not pay up as the debt review proposal had lapsed after 60 days. I now tried to contact Debt safe as on my side all this time I thought things were going well because I was receiving statements every month. This was 2018, i could not pay anything of the arrears I accumulated on this and now creditors were at the liberty to put things on their terms and those terms were accepted because debt safe did not respond for more than 60 days of sending restructure proposals, could not follow up on their own work. I have since recovered from the stress they caused me,.. Debtsafe is is very unsafe company, Counselor Jibbsy who was handling my account was very *********** and negligent. I don't wish for anyone to go through and suffer what I sufferd with Debtsafe
