Debtors unpaid

In the time paying Debtsafe my Debtors were not paid. I recieved monthly statements saying that my debt was going down, but recently I got my ITC report and nothing has been paid. I now owe even more on my Debtors. After paying out + R18,000.00

Good day,
I have been in contact with you earlier today and would like to report the following as my findings are as follows.
You app**** for debt review on 11/11/2013.
On 03/06/2016 we suspended our services because you were behind on payments.
I would like to take the opportunity to explain the following to you.
Please kindly note that the statements that you receive from your creditors will differ from the statements that you have received from Hyphen PDA while you were under debt review.
The amount you pay is calculated according to your affordability, according to a budget that you complete. Please understand that we can only pay the creditors with money that you have available.
The reason why the outstanding balances have increased and not decreased is due to the fact that the monthly payment towards your creditor is less than the monthly interest charged by the creditor. According to all credit agreements, the interest is always paid first and then the capital amount. The balances will decrease once interest is paid in full.
Please take note that interest is always payable and this cannot be stopped or reduced, the interest rate will stay the same as you agreed on in your original credit agreement.
I trust you will find it in order.
Kind regards,
