I need my debt review flag removed.

This company placed me under debt review before I even completed the sign-up process in 2018 and I have been struggling ever since to clear my name, I have zero. I ended the process before they sent out the 17.2 or whatever form and the then councilor went ahead with everything, I never even paid them a cent. I'm being sent from pillar to post every time I call them, and it is getting ridiculous. who can help me with this before I start going the Ombudsman route?
