debt review clearance certificate

debtsafe doesn't answer their phones when clients call i have spent over 10 minute trying to call them and no answer. i logged a new client call back request last night and at 07h50 this morning i received their call, but when i call them they dont answer or if they answer, you here people talk at the back but no one is attending you. it has been over a year and half since i have stopped using debtsafe to pay for my credits and yet they have not removed my name from their system. i want my name removed from debtsafe as i am paying my credits without debtsafe but no one is answering calls from them, what must i do with this problem?
