Debt not safe

At first everything was going quite well, we could live a little, and then came the changes , first we got a new relationship manager.. We were not informed, and then the changed from one PDA to another, and my one account that was paid the least started sending notices that the account was not being paid so I sent the notices on to our relationship manager because that is what I was told to do they would handle all the creditors and the notices stopped. My husband lost his job and I e scurried around to make payments for a couple of months , eventually ewe were terminated.... All's fair.... And so it happened our house was about to be repossessed the court order documents were delivered and they said they would handle everything..... Enter help you sell and a major bomb drop.... Our house was not paid for a whole year 12 months.... Needless to say I felt like ice cream left out I the sun just melting away..... But then they said that they would be able to give us 9 months of the premiums paid because of insurance.... But for a whole year my account was not paid. I now have more products than I had going into their program. Needless to say I am not happy with the service or the outcome RjMatthee
