Debsafe is failing to deal with Capitac Bank.

Hi I m not happy with debtsafe as most of people complaining with attitude about Capitec bank-its been over a year i laid my query about Capitac Bank with no help; How can it happens that Capitac Bank if owe R50 000 and already paid R53 000 under debt review but the outstandind ballance is R70 000 and since complained on both acconts;no one could help ;they only tell you about in-dupplem rule and fail to call capitac bank in to order.

Can anyone deal with this Capitac Bank because as we are under debt review but we still need to see a progress on paying our debt not frastration.
