Creditors were receiving payments

I read your response and I don’t think the focus should be on me cancelling my contract with you. You should know that I cancelled with you because the creditors sent me statements showing that you were not paying towards the loans and on the other hand you were debiting me,what I’m basically complaining about is that I was paying for nothing because I accumulated more interest on my loans. That’s it!?
