Creditors were not receiving payments

I received a call from some creditors saying that they were not receiving payments from you and I had to pay and settle one of the loans I had. I now remain with other loans with higher balances compared to when I entered into a contract with you. It’s very stressful and mentally draining to have your name flagged while the debt review company did not and still helping you get into a better place financially. I feel like I had paid for nothing basically. 😔 I wish you could help with a portion of my loans cause at some point you were not paying.
