Creditors took all my money
I app**** for debt review with Debtsafe and I was told that my first reduced installment would be on Monday 25 May. After much harassment from my creditors I asked Debtsafe again on Monday morning if everything was still in order. I was told by Itumeleng Mohuba that I shouldn't worry cos everything was on track. Imagine my surprise when creditors took my money and I was left with R142. I told Itumeleng and she told me my case was given to her Supervisor and he/she will call me. Until today no such call has happened. She then proceeded to tell me that I no longer dealt with her but with Adcap. I contacted Adcap and they asked for my Id no. but they also havent got back to me. Today 26 May I called Itumeleng again and she said her Supervisor will call me. I trusted Debtsafe and thought my debt problems would finally be solved, turns out I was wrong. How will I survive with R142 when I havent even paid rent or bought food yet?

I apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused. The form 17.1 has been sent to all your creditors and we do request in the Form 17.1 that the creditors cancel all debit orders on your account but keep in mind that the creditors need at least five working days to cancel the debit orders and you app**** for debt review on the 21st and your debit orders are deducted on the 25th of each month so the time period made it difficult to finalise everything for this month.
I confirm that your debt review debit order was not deducted and will only be deducted on 25/06/2015 as it was also to close to the 25th to load the debit order for this month.
