Creditors interests is above principal debt
<p>I pledging you to assist on renegotiating the lowering of interest rates to Capitac Bank and African Bank because since my query was the interest are now above the principal debt,it seems now they increased again the ballances instead of decreasing so i dont understand or they were reviewing the Accounts or someone is trying my patience however i still need someone to go through all my acc even those which were paid up because i would not like hicups at the end of my jurney.</p>
I tried to contact you but no answer.
Please be advised that on the 17th of July 2017 we responded to you notifying you that we will do a full review due to end balance difference that occur in the debt review process.
Kindly take note that we depend on the cooperation of the creditors to successfully finalise the matter.
Please bear with us. I know it is frustrating but I guarantee you that we will remain in control of your application.
