Good day Managers / Supervisors. I hope finds you well. I just want to express my appreciation and gratitude for one of your staff members: Kgothatso Mokhonoana, for a great service she provide to me. I was calling almost weekly for an update on my account. She resolved my queries promptly and calmly. She was patient and listened to all my concerns. The best of all, she was updating me at all times with any progress made as there were delays in some of the payments. I know a call cetre environment can be very stressful, I work in one myself.
