Clearance Letter not issued timeously
Good day
I'm frustrated and disappointed with the service of debtsafe. I've been requesting a clearance certificate from them since June 30th. To date, no clearance certificate . I liaised with Carien ****ian, Anneke Hensberg and more recently Tokkie Henderson. Still no clearance certificate yet all requested paid up letters were sent to them. Please assist

As discussed, we are just waiting for a creditor's paid-up letter, but once that is received your Clearance Certificate will be issued. We aim to furnish you with your Clearance Certificate on 10 September 2018.
