Clear my name from debt review

On 10th May 2020 I cancelled my arrangement with debtsafe because my debt was not decreasing at all.Tthey send me a letter of cancellation without clearing my name today from the list of creditors that I requested them to assist me I am left with one creditor that I am paying very well. I send them an email to clear my name but they are doing nothing.
