Definitely not a company to go to. I am 100% sure that they pay certain people or they have family and friends writing good reviews for them. From the start we had problems, telling Mr Gerhard Geyer not to add our homeloan for debt review, but he still went ahead. We tried endlessly to get to spthe am to him and have him correct his mess, but he just could not care. He puts through the debit order including the home loan, we eventually had it reversed. When things got to heated for him, he then told us to cancel with them and go to another company. We eventually take up his offer and cancel......he then decides to take his time in canceling. Emails were sent to him instructing him to cancel and still the debit order gets put through. When I eventually get to speak to Rebecca in payments, she assured me that the debit order will not go off as the cancellation has been done and we should receive proof of this within 2 to 4 days. I eventually call to find out why the debit order has once again gone off after I was promised that it would not go off and that the sms sent is simply an automated message that cannot be changed. Rebecca speaks to a senior and they promise to call me back to explain why the debit order went off. I will once again have my banker reverse this debit order....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, NOT PAY CREDITORS AND RUN OFF WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.....???
