Bunch of Idiots

I decided to go under debt review in March/April. I saw Deftsafe advertised on Facebook so decided to contact them. I spoke to a woman named Michelle who convinced my mom and I that this company was excellent. It is not. I have experienced nothing but problems, and after you sign up you never with the same person ever again, they constantly change. In my case what happened was a totally idiotic person handled my case who clearly knew nothing of what they were doing. Due to me having an overdraft my account would be frozen and because I worked for the government I needed over a month to give change of notice of banking information. When I told my then personal advisor then, Molly, to please stop the process over the phone and via email and only start once the government had changed details. She said no not to worry she would get my money and I didn't have to stop anything. Needless to say after bugging by email and phone calls and etc and never getting replies. This wasn't the case, to make matters worse my ex didn't listen either and put my maintenance in my frozen account too. Only after an email was sent to me by their accounts department of me being in arrears and me flying back at them with a rude email, because I messed terribly that month because of them no salary, no maintenance thanks to them, did Molly only reply to me. Finally, at the end of May only, this happened in April did I get only my salary back and had to pay back everyone I borrowed from. Debtsafe believed that I still owed them that installment, even after all the trouble they put me in after I requested them to delay the process. Ever since then my personal advisor keeps changing and when it does they tell me I'm in arrears. I go through the whole thing of what happened because they don't go to court if you on arrears. Send all the proof they want, and then get no feedback nothing until a couple of months later when again your advisor changes and you get told you in arrears again. I even complained on Facebook and someone apparently important was suppose to help, he also just disappeared like they all do. Now, again another idiot emails me. So decided to go to another company hoping for a better experience. Just please if you want to go under debt review never ever use debtsafe they have no clue what they are doing and it seems either people stop working their often or I don't know why you constantly get passed on, just stay away.
