Good day.

Your Hello Peter complaint and discussion with our consultant on 2022-11-22 referes,

Please note that on 2020-03-02 you app**** for Debt review.

Please see attached all documents that were signed by yourself giving us permission to register you for Debt review.

The relationship manager also did a consultation call with you explaining all aspects of the Debt review process with you on 2020-03-03. An email confirming this call was sent to you - please see attached .

According to NCR withdrawal guidelines, once a client app**** for debt review and the 17.2 ( Declaration of over-indebtedness), has been sent to the creditors, the debt review flag will not be removed until the consumer has paid up all debt, and then a clearance certificate can be issued or documents from the attorneys are provided declaring the client no longer-over-indebted.

According to our records, 17.2 has been sent out to the creditors and that is the reason you are still reflecting under Debt review. An email was also sent to you confirming this, please also see attached.

Kindly be advised that your profile is no longer active on our system but we remain the debt counsellors on record and the debt review flag remains on your records until all debt has been paid up . Debtsafe will then be able to issue a clearance certificate that will remove the Debt review flag.

Please note should you not be satisfied with the feedback you are more than welcome to approach the NCR for assistance.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any further queries.

Kind regards.
