Being mislead and trapped as consumer for understanding the debt review process

In 2019, I made an enquiry about debt consolidation. Unfortunately, I was misled during this process by Stanford Maganyele, and without my full understanding the debt review process was initiated. The debt review was never finalised, and I did not proceed with the program.

DebtSafe has already withdrawn as my debt counsellor and issued a Form 17.W confirming their withdrawal in October 2019, but my credit profile was never updated. As a result, I have been struggling for over six years with a debt review flag that should have been removed.

I kindly request the DebtSafe to assist in correcting this matter by ensuring that the incorrect debt review status is removed from my profile. DebtSafe must please send you confirmation directly, as required. I been calling for assistance nothing is happening
